Partial Update of St Mawes list


Over 6 months since I reviewed the list... and that's despite having visited St Mawes during the spring... I've heard / read lots of estate agents attempting to say that St Mawes is surviving the housing recession well... so lets have a look at what's currently available.

On rightmove there are 49 properties listed (though that may include some duplications), and on primelocation there are 52 (using "st mawes" as a search word as well as area to (partially) get around their over generous allocation of location).

Its getting a bit boring here..


What a great photo! Its certainly not boring... but this blog has got a bit tired... Sorry not to have updated for a month... the problem is that house prices are not dropping, houses are not selling either... more are coming onto the market but all at ridiculously high prices as everyone attempts to sell "before its too late"... the problem is that it is already too late...

I'm amazed to see someone asking for sealed bids - from rightmove, sandwiched between other properties on at £750,000:
