  3. Lot 12 - GIEW HOUSE CRIPPLESEASE NANCLEDRA - GUIDE PRICE £600,000+
An incredibly rare opportunity to acquire the makings of a magnificent manorhouse/small mansion set in gardens and grounds c.2acres/0.81ha enjoying an elevated position with quite stunning and far reaching views over open countryside southwesterly to the South coast along with glimpses in a northeasterly direction to the North coast. The property which is of natural stone and slate hung construction has had ostensibly the principal structural works carried out already with the accommodation formatted so as to provide one enormous and unusual house (in part annexe-able) or in fact capable of virtually being lived in as two "separate" but related dwellings. Whilst the finishing off works are of some scale there is absolutely no question that Giew House represents a wonderful opportunity to create a Grand Designs" home in a "to die for" location the like of which is seldom, if ever seen.

Kai - thanks - I can imagine that as you've been born there the pull of Cornwall will be even stronger for you - I love St. Ives... I've not put up much about it here because its so expensive!

Good luck with the lottery.
