What a great photo! Its certainly not boring... but this blog has got a bit tired... Sorry not to have updated for a month... the problem is that house prices are not dropping, houses are not selling either... more are coming onto the market but all at ridiculously high prices as everyone attempts to sell "before its too late"... the problem is that it is already too late...

I've just reviewed the numbers of properties for sale at various places in Cornwall using the same list that I used on Dec 31st 2007. Again all numbers of properties available at specific locations, on rightmove, using "this area only", no minimums or maximum, all types:
